急な出来事だったのですが事前に互助会に入会していたので担当の豊崎さんに連絡をして全てをお任せして安心して葬儀を終える事が出来ました。
喪主としての経験のない者にとっては大変ありがたい存在です。
ありがとうございました。
 I used it for my mother's funeral.
Although it was a sudden event, since I was already enrolled in a mutual benefit society in advance, I contacted Mr. Toyosaki in charge and leave everything and I was able to finish my funeral with confidence.
It is very appreciated for those who have no experience as a mourner.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ あまり予算がかけられない事情がありましたが、マネージャーさんが親身に相談にのってくださりよい葬儀が出来ました。宿泊部屋もホテル並みに設備がととのっていました。
通夜での納棺の儀は亡くなった者とのよい思い出となり、葬儀後に自宅前でのお清めの準備、後飾りの作業もこれまで経験のない丁寧さで感激しました。
There was a situation where I couldn't spend a lot of money, but the manager was able to have a good funeral with my relatives. The hotel room was as good as the hotel.
The night ritual was a good memory for the deceased, and after the funeral, I was impressed with the politeness I had never experienced before.

ジャクセンさんはとても親切に一つ一つ分かりやすく説明をして頂き、スタッフの方々の気遣いに感動しました。打ち合わせの際には親戚が言った一言をスタッフの皆さんが覚えててくれて眠っている父親にサプライズをしてくださいました。悔いなく家族をおくることが出来ました。本当に感謝しております。ありがとうございました。
