由緒などは不明だが竿置き場や末社の具合から
地区の鎮守であった事は間違いなさそうだが
北東にある神明社との関係は不明
昭和４０年頃の航空写真でも社叢林が確認できる
付近は雑木林でその中に神社があった様だ
平成に入る頃周囲は住宅地として開発されて現在の
姿になった様だ
公園の一角にフェンスに囲まれた境内がある形で
参道は特にない
道路からの入口に社号を彫った門柱がある
末社の雨屋と石祠、石鳥居と社殿、竿置き場、
御神灯、拝殿が四角い敷地に並ぶ様に配置
拝殿裏に平入の本殿がある
特に囲いはなく横には神輿蔵らしき建物と前には
御神灯が一対、本殿内部の様子は不明
