★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 城跡を示す石柱のみで説明は何もありません。石柱には稲島城の他に「滝川下屋敷跡」とも書かれています。
名古屋市博物館の常設展示のコーナーに複製ではありますが、滝川忠征という武将の肖像画が展示されています。説明によると、稲沢市稲島の出身とあったので、ここで生まれたのでしょう。色々な人に仕えましたが最後は尾張徳川家の家臣になったそうです。
そういう説明板ぐらい作ってほしいと思います。
