某口コミサイトにも沢山書かれていますが、オススメしません。病院より過酷です。上の人間の威圧感は酷いと思います。入社してもスグ辞める人が多いというのは、何かしらあるのでしょうね。

百回、腹を切って詫びても気が済まない。
施設長は、地区の売上トップが自慢。
職員のコロナ感染等の重要な報告が上がりにくい施設の雰囲気で、職員は、サラリーマン的に評価に拘り、結果的に業務に穴が多い。
慢性的にシフト調整せずに、フロアの朝食でシフト通りだと職員不在になことも多く、職員が穴埋めしても事務所は認めないのでサービス残業、離職も多い。
本当に失敗した。
自分のミスだ。
大失敗だ。
