東	東祐子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 青森県の割引事業で利用しました。 CMもやられているのでずっと気になっていて選びましたが、通常の宿泊料金を考えると期待はずれでした。このコロナのご時世、旅館なのにおもてなし感がないのは仕方ないにしろ、客室のお風呂のお湯が出なかったり（小さい子がいるのでお部屋のお風呂を利用したかったのですが）、カランからシャワーへの切り替えが完全にできないのは残念でした。露天風呂の温度はちょうど良かったですが、露天風呂周辺の草木の手入れをきちんとやって頂きたかったです。スタッフの方は感じの良い方とそうではない方の差が大きかったです。酷評してしまいましたが、ごはんは青森ならではのナマコやホヤが食べられ、美味しかったので良かったです！ Used in the discount business in Aomori Prefecture. お	おがさわらまきこ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ またまた宿泊キャンペーンでしたが、高齢者の親と、コメントに車椅子希望したら、車椅子も部屋も大浴場近い所にしてくださりありがたかった。夕食も一つ一つ美味しくてビール注してる人もいました。温泉は、日本百選に入ってたらしいし、露天風呂でちょうど良い岩があり、頭おいて寝そべる？感じで開放的でした。スタッフの皆さんも気さくで心安らげました。 It was an accommodation campaign again, but if I asked for a wheelchair with my elderly parents in the comments, I would appreciate it if the wheelchair and room were close to the large communal bath. 原	原ペコ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ２度目の利用、そして２度目の投稿になります。今回もまた女子友と利用させて頂きました！やっぱり接客は親切丁寧でとても気分良く利用できました。温泉は変わらず綺麗でしたが、やっぱり温度調節ができなくて残念なところ。お料理は自分的には90点！　少しだけ味が濃いめにマイナスでした。前回宿泊した際の朝食の卵巻きと梅かシソの風味のひじきの煮物がとても美味しくて忘れられず、今回も期待どうりメニューとして出して頂きご飯をおかわりしてしまった私です笑楽しみにしていたお庭の緑も… せっかく素敵なのだから雑草を取り、お手入れしていたらトータル100点満点でしたよ〜！また機会がありましたらぜひ利用したいです。ありがとうございました。 This will be the second use and the second post.
