★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前、コチラでシューズボックスを購入しましたが3度不良品が届き2度目の時に3度目が不良品でも交換できないと女性の方に言われ、家族が怒ってしまいました。実際3度目も不良品で4度目で無事受け取る事ができましたが随分日にちが掛かったのと、不良品を売りつけられかけて信用は無くなってしまいました。
配送業者の方が良くして下さりそちらの方には感謝してます。

In fact, the third time was a defective product and I was able to receive it safely the fourth time, but it took a long time and the defective product was sold and my credibility was lost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ クッションが安くなって他ので買いましたが、レジでPayPayでお支払いしようとし、20%どうこう書いてるから聞くも店員さんはふてこくしらないです。PayPay側がしてるからこちらはお金さえ払って貰ったらいいからと言われました。
2度と買いにいかないです！
金払うのは当たり前だし、
そもそもお客様がいるから店が成り立つのに
その言い方は終わってます。

テレビ台とベッドを見に訪問。
接客は丁寧だが、ホームページのQ&Aによると
値引きは一切しないギリギリ価格らしい。
その割には購入金額に応じて金券をプレゼント等をしてる。
そして結局、ニトリの方が質が良く安い。
湯川家具で10万ならニトリは7万で買える。
保証もメーカー保証での対応らしいので、
万が一も頼りにならない。
大型家具以外の小物で気に入ったデザインがあれば購入してもいいかな位の利用価値。
