いただいた、味噌ラーメンは、美味しいのは勿論。やさしいお味。
先日 いただいた、田村屋さんの濃厚味噌ラーメンと対極にあるような、素朴で美味しい味噌ラーメンでした。
あと、餃子と白飯(中)をいただいて、大満足です。
お会計をすると、¥970でした。
お財布にもやさしい。
また、機会をみつけて行ってみたいです。

中身は居酒屋の様な店内。
街の中華屋さんとしてはレベル高いかも。
・餃子は透明度のある、薄皮モチモチミニ餃子。皮の食感がいい！オススメ。
餃子のタレは醤油やや強め。
・味噌ラーメンは、具はシンプル…豚肉、わかめ、もやし、時々えのき。麺は細麺。
スープは袋麺のサッポロ一番味噌味に少し手を加えて美味しくした感じ。
・たまごスープは、もやし、たまご、玉葱。シンプルな味だけど、わからないレベルでお酢が入ってる感じの味。ホッとする美味しい家庭的なスープ。
24時閉店だが23:30前後で人がいなければ早じまい。日曜定休。

It closes at 24:00, but it's quicker if there are no people around 23:30. Closed on Sundays.
