★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらの病院初めてです。喉が痛くて発熱があったので事前に電話で予約入れてから行きました。PCR検査をして翌日に陰性でホッとしましたヽ(^o^)❗️受付の方も看護婦の方々も対応が良くて凄く良いと思います♪先生の診察も説明が分かりやすくて良いですね。病院も綺麗で色々な検査が豊富で出来るんですね!素晴らしい!人生健康でいきたいので定期的な健診は必須ですね!病院は苦手ですが、対応が良い病院だとまたお願いしたいと思います♪
This is my first time at this hospital. I had a sore throat and had a fever, so I made a reservation by phone in advance before going. I was relieved that the PCR test was negative the next day ヽ (^ o ^) ❗️ I think that the receptionist and the nurses are very good at responding ♪ The doctor's examination is also easy to understand .. The hospital is also beautiful and you can do a lot of various tests! Great! I want to stay healthy in my life, so regular medical examinations are essential! I'm not good at hospitals, but I'd like to ask you again if it's a good hospital.

事務もある程度は待ちますが、
手際が悪くて待っているわけではないので
問題ないです
問題点のフィードバックをちゃんと行う様子でしたので、それが機能しているから、無意味な待ち時間はないんだと思います。
他の病院と比べて、コールセンターといい、会計もすぐ終わりましたし、システマチックな感じですね。

そもそも電話が通じない。244回目でやっと繋がって予約を取り、Web上で問診票を記入し送信。時間より早く着いてしまったが対応してくれて保険証と一万円を預けて発熱外来入口へ。入ってすぐの所で待たされて私より後から来た人は中に通されて…「予約時間が向こうの方が先だったのだろう」と思いましたが、その後もその場で待たされてその場で酸素濃度?の確認、検温されて医者?とは言いがたい人が「せき止め要りますか?痰はあまり出てないみたいですけど普通はせき止めと一緒に出しますけど出して良いですか?」と淡々と薬の選定をはじめて…問診とか何もないのね…と、思いました。その後PCR検査で終わり。薬は薬局に入ることも出来ないので電話が来るまで待って取りに行ってくれとの事。体調悪いのに何度も出歩けと?と思いましたけど仕方ない。PCRの結果は早ければ当日中か翌日の朝までにはとのことでした。結果が出るのは早くて良いかなぁと思いますが、電話が通じないのが何より辛い。まあ、薬を淡々と決めた人もなんだろうなぁと思いましたけど。仕方ないとは思いますよ、陽性の可能性が高い人間とは関わりたくないでしょうから。とはいえ、ひどい態度だなとは思いました。

The PCR results were as early as the same day or by the morning of the next day. I think it's okay to get results quickly, but the most painful thing is that the phone doesn't work. Well, I wondered if some people decided on the medicine. I think it can't be helped, because you don't want to get involved with people who are likely to be positive. However, I thought it was a terrible attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 先日抗原検査でコロナ陽性が分かりました。 かかりつけ患者以外もPCRが対応可能と、東京都福祉保健局の一覧で記載がされていたため、イムスさんに連絡したところ、抗原検査で陽性の患者は受付を断っていると断られてしまいました。
せめてHPに注意書きとして書いて頂けると嬉しいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 毎回行くたびに、受付の女性事務員らしき方が、『保険証確認させてください』と言われ提出。しかし、しばらくして、自宅に事務員らしき方から電話があり、『保険証の確認をさせてほしい』とのこと。記号、番号など聞かれたので、答えましたが、毎度行くたびに保険証お持ちですか?と言われては提出していたのは、いったい何をどう確認しているのでしょうか?後になって、自宅に電話かけてくるくらいなら、毎回の保険証確認のための提出やってる意味ないと思うのですが!?
あげく、毎回会計処理する事務員が変わったせいなのか、窓口負担金も間違われ、かれこれ3回くらいだったかな?間違った領収書持ってこいだの、返金され、署名しろだの面倒な事務処理受けるはめに。やってることが、いい加減すぎる。もう一度、ホームページにかかげられている志を、再確認してほしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前眼科を受診。木曜日と月曜午後しかいらっしゃらない先生に診察して頂いたのですが、適切な処置&大変丁寧なご説明と、温かく感じのいいフォロー感溢れる対応で、信頼できる先生だなぁと、大感激!
ところが、その後、また違う病で受診した時は、残念ながらその先生ではなく、診察日が多い先生の方で、親身になって話を聞く態度ではなく、初めから不安が・・。案の定、ササっと「結膜炎。」とだけ、一言。
『いや、おかしい!結膜炎にはなったことがあるが、こんな感じの症状ではない!』と、直感したので、その日のうちに、評判のいい大山の病院へ駆け込んだ所、よくよく見てくださり、「これは、ものもらいですね。」との御診断。その通り、夜からどんどん膨れていき、お岩さん顔になったのですが、連休続きで、病院にも行けない日程だったので、これが結膜炎という診断のままだったら、いったいどうしちゃったんだろう??と、どんなに不案なまま、何日も過ごすことになったか・・。でも、ものもらいとわかっていたので、余計な心配することなく回復できました。診察担当日に注意され、ものもらいと結膜炎の差もわからない先生にはお気をつけた方が宜しいかと。
明らかな誤診でしたので、星は一つにしたかったのですが、初めの先生も同じイムスにいらっしゃるので、二つにさせて頂いた次第です。

And, no matter how unlucky I was, I ended up spending many days ... However, I knew that it was a stye, so I was able to recover without any extra worries. I think it's better to be careful of the teacher who is careful on the day of the examination and does not know the difference between sty and conjunctivitis.
Since it was an obvious misdiagnosis, I wanted to have one star, but since the first teacher is also in the same Imsu, I decided to make it two.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 急に発熱したため保健所から近隣の発熱外来を指定され、行きました。事前に電話予約し、「11時に予約取れたので10:30には外で待っていてください」と言われ10:30に行くと、「え!?もう来たんですか?待つところないので建物の外で立っててください」と言われました、、、39度近くあり立っていられないような体調なのに。。外で地べたに座ってしまいましたが、やっと診察というかPCR検査と検温されると、おでこで測る体温計では36.5しかない、とのことで「えー、なんできたのー?」みたいな感じで本当に腹が立ちました。家では38.6あって、さらに上がってきたので電話しました、と言っても受け入れてもらえず。料金も、デポジットだと言われ¥10000払いました(療養が明けてから請求に行くと、¥7000ほど?戻って来ましたが、体調不良は続くので行けない人もいると思う)コロナにかかった人は何人かその後話しましたがそんな請求のされ方、他で聞いたことありません。
PCRの結果は陽性でホテル療養になりましたが、五カ月経っても後遺症に悩まされています。同じような症状で他を受診した人は血栓予防の処置をしてもらえたり抗体カクテルを受けられ、後遺症がありません。
最初にどの病院に行くか、患者は緊急で選べないので一定水準の措置はとってほしいです。
行ける方は、本当に他の病院をおすすめします!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had an absolutely horrible experience, the worst I have ever been treated in Japan - if you are a foreigner or in critical condition, stay far, far away from this place. I arrived IN AN AMBULANCE with severe abdominal pain, barely able to stand, unable to eat for over a day, unable to even keep water down due to intense nausea, and the doctor literally laughed in my face, gossiped with the nurses around him about me and my partner in earshot, and told me “sip some water and good luck!”
I can speak Japanese and told him I had a history of severe IBS and inflammation attacks like this, and even showed them the medicine I used to take in the states that used to help during my attacks - I understand that the laws here are different regarding medicine, but he refused to even look up alternatives, and seemed more intent on getting me out the door without prescribing even an aspirin as soon as possible than actually performing his job and helping a patient. This place was the worst I have ever been treated in Japan, the first time I felt discriminated against because of my race, and the first time I felt regret about moving to Japan.
