★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 竹生島クルーズで利用しました。こじんまりしてますが、綺麗でコロナ対策もしっかりされてます。ただ、何もないので食事や買物は済ませてから行くことをオススメします。

今津の街中を貫くメインの道路から少し琵琶湖よりの湖畔に竹生島と結ぶ観光船の乗船場がある。しかし、桟橋に船の姿はない。とても閑散としている印象。コロナの災禍の影響もあるのだろう。
竹生島と言うのは西国三十三所の札所である宝厳寺のある島で、人家がある訳でなく、言わば信仰の島である。観音菩薩の霊験でコロナ一掃というハッピーな展開にならないのだろうか。
周辺には琵琶湖周航の歌資料館や今津ヴォーリズ資料館が点在する。静かな街並みと合わせて訪ねると良い。
⛴ Imazu Port: Prayer route to Chikubu Island ⛴
There is a boarding place for sightseeing boats connecting to Chikubu Island on the shore of Lake Biwa from the main road that runs through the city of Imazu. However, there is no ship on the pier. Impression that it is very quiet. It may be affected by the disaster of Corona.
Chikubu Island is an island with Hogon-ji Temple, which is the 33 temples of Saigoku, and there are no houses, so to speak, it is an island of worship. Isn't it a happy development of clearing the corona in the spiritual test of the Kannon Bodhisattva?
The surrounding area is dotted with the Song Museum of Lake Biwa and the Imazu Voliz Museum. It's a good idea to visit along with the quiet cityscape.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 朝早く、涼しい時間の琵琶湖は特に静かで美しかったです☝️駐車場?️の場所は写真におさめてありますが、駅前の通り沿いになるようです。観光船乗り場近くには、小さな旅館や焼きたての鰻を売る店、カフェ、周航そばのお店など旧道が魅力的でした。ランニングしてもサイクリングでも最高の道です?
Lake Biwa was particularly quiet and beautiful early in the morning and in a cool time ☝️ The location of the parking lot ?️ is shown in the photo, but it seems to be along the street in front of the station. Near the sightseeing boat platform, the old roads such as small inns, shops selling freshly baked eels, cafes, and shops near Shuko were attractive. The best way to run or cycle ?
