★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話案内が最悪。保険で車両を直すのに、過去の事故の為追加料金発生することが判明。過去の事故の為それは理解できた。それはいいけど、車両直してから言われる。その金額がとんでもない。何故そんな高額になるのか。それなら保険使用しなかった。何故はじめにその案内をしてくれなかったのか。もっと丁寧に対応するべきだ。最低。最悪。
 Directory assistance is the worst. It turns out that an additional charge will be incurred due to a past accident to repair the vehicle with insurance. I could understand it because of a past accident. That's fine, but I'm told after fixing the vehicle. The amount is ridiculous. Why is it so expensive? Then I didn't use insurance. Why didn't you guide me in the beginning? We should respond more politely. The lowest. worst.
