現地調査と見積りで2万円かかりました。契約すれば返金となる予定でしたが、送られた見積書が相場より圧倒的に高く、不可解なことを細かく質問しても「弊社の算出方法」「特に根拠はないが弊社のやり方」など納得できないことばかりでした。またエアコンの機種名を尋ねても、契約が決まってから入手できるものを提供するということで見積りの段階では何になるかわかりません。そもそもそんなやり方の見積書を信じられるでしょうか？
ちなみに6馬力の業務用エアコンがネット通販だと在庫商品が高くても50万円くらいのところを、コロナの影響で価格高騰するからと120万円と記載されてました。
信頼できないので契約はもちろんしませんでしたが、見積り費用は返ってきません。
最初に依頼したことを後悔してます。

It cost 20,000 yen for the field survey and estimate. It was supposed to be refunded if I contracted, but the quotes sent were overwhelmingly higher than the market price, and even if I asked detailed questions about the incomprehensible, "our calculation method" "there is no particular basis but our way" etc. It was just something I couldn't understand. Also, when asking for the model name of the air conditioner, we do not know what to expect at the estimation stage, as we will provide what is available after the contract is decided. Can you believe in a quote like that in the first place?
By the way, if a 6-horsepower commercial air conditioner is online, even if the inventory is high, the price is about 500,000 yen, but it is stated as 1.2 million yen because the price will rise due to the influence of corona.
I didn't sign the contract because I can't trust it, but I don't get the estimated cost back.
I regret the first request.
