★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前とある商品を予約したくて電話した時は「入荷数が未定のため、予約はまだ行っておりません。」との事。しばらく期間を開けて店頭で予約出来るか聞いた時は「予約なんてうちではしてません。」との事。
電話の時は女性の店員さん、店頭で尋ねた時は男の店員さんでした。
同じ店舗でも言うことが違うこと、また店頭での男の店員さんは態度・口調ともに高圧的で最悪でした。
もう二度と行きません。
When I called to make a reservation for a certain product, he said, "We haven't made a reservation yet because the number of items in stock is undecided." When I asked if I could make a reservation at the store after a while, he said, "I haven't made a reservation."
When I called, I was a female clerk, and when I asked at the store, I was a male clerk.
What I said differently at the same store, and the male clerk at the store was the worst because of the high pressure and tone.
I will never go there again.
