★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 武蔵小杉駅から歩ける、バスも使えるということで、東横線・目黒線沿線の住民にとっては使い勝手の良い展示場だと思いますが、ハウスメーカーの数が少なく、比較目的ではあまり使えない展示場です。
平間のABCハウジングの方がモデルハウスも多いので、初見で色々回りたければ平間に行った方がいいのかなという感想を持ちました。
