まずHPで掲載されている3Dモデルは、かなりの予算をかけた上で制作したものだと推測されます（個人の予算であのクオリティを期待してはいけないかと）。
とにかくレスポンスが悪く、作業開始後の連絡は最小限で、必要な情報も共有しようとしなかったことが大きなマイナスです。
また納品されたデータにクレームをつけたら、「データの仕上がりは相手（イマゴン側）に任せる」という契約前に知らされなかった事項あり。
ただ私の依頼は安い料金帯だったようなので、用意する予算によって対応が変わると思います。
最終的に代金に釣り合う作業はしてもらえた気がするのですが、コミュニケーション面で非常にストレスが溜まったため、リピートはしたくない業者です。

Anyway, the response was bad, the contact after the work started was minimal, and the big negative was that I did not try to share the necessary information.
In addition, if you make a complaint about the delivered data, there is a matter that was not notified before the contract that "the finish of the data is left to the other party (Imagon side)".
However, it seems that my request was in a cheap price range, so I think that the response will change depending on the budget prepared.
In the end, I feel that the work was balanced with the price, but I was so stressed in terms of communication that I didn't want to repeat it.
