★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 賃貸契約を解約した後に何かと言い訳をして敷金を返還しない。訴訟の手続きをすると強く言ったら態度が変わりやった敷金が返還されました。こんな悪徳業者が普通に営業しているのはおかしいです。不動産を選ぶ時は重々気を付けた方が良いです。
