★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのおすすめは『生セン』。細切りで食べやすくて、今まで何回も食べてるけど臭みを感じた事がただの一度もない。生センのタレも、どこか他のお店と違うねんなー。どこが違うとか分からんけどなんか違う、美味しい。ちょっとだけ作り方教えてもらったけど、自分で作ってもあの味はできない。どこか懐かしい昔ながらの趣の焼肉屋さんで、綺麗とかオシャレとかの要素は一切ない！けど、味のある大将と、TV見て、時々おしゃべりしながら寛げる店。お肉もタレを揉み込んでいてご飯がすすむ。注文した品を運ぶのに厨房から座敷まで、一回ずつ靴を脱いで奥の部屋を経由する必要があり、大将が大変そうなのでこっちからカウンター越しに取りに行ったりします。まだまだ元気に商売がんばってほしい！

生ビールから。突き出しのキャベツをアテに。
生千枚 炙りレバー。千枚は綺麗な細切り。ホルモン苦手な人でも美味しく食べれる！
レバーは牛が1番やな！
タン 旨い… 1人前だと足りない！次から3倍にしよう！
上バラ ハラミ 上ミノ アカセン マメ 心臓 ロース 何より焼き千枚が旨い！普通は生千枚と同じ切り方だが ここは焼き用にちゃんも切ってる！感度の食感！そしてマッコリ。
少し甘めのもみだれと ツケだれが最高！
昭和生まれのオイラにはちょうどよく 懐かしい味だ！
そして 明太スープ。なんだ？と思ったらタラのスープやった！
めちゃくちゃ旨い！
ええ店みつけた！次からはここだな。
