サービス良くて親切でした。
It is cheaper than other taxi companies for 680 yen for the first ride and gives me a tissue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 迎車して利用しました。車内に荷物を忘れたところ、迎車で電話した番号にすぐに電話がかかってきて、下ろした所まで届けに来てくれました。すばらしい対応だと思います。
I picked it up and used it. When I forgot my luggage in the car, I immediately received a call to the number I called at the pick-up and came to deliver it to the place where I dropped it. I think it's a wonderful response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 足利のタクシー会社で唯一モバイル決済（PayPayのみ）が使えます。（2020年4月現在）
田舎のタクシーはクレジットカードやモバイル決済はほぼ使えないので私はこちらのタクシーのみを毎回使用させてもらっています。
基本タクシー会社の評価はドライバーの質によるかと思いますが、そちらは可もなく不可もなくと言ったところです。ただ他の足利のタクシー会社のドライバーよりはまともな人が多いという印象です。
Only Ashikaga taxi company can use mobile payment (PayPay only). (As of April 2020)
I can only use this taxi every time because rural taxis do not accept credit cards or mobile payments.
I think that the evaluation of the basic taxi company depends on the quality of the driver, but I just said that it was neither good nor bad. However, the impression is that there are more decent people than the drivers at other Ashikaga taxi companies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タクシー呼んだのに20分ぐらい過ぎても来なかったので電話したら10分かからず行きます言われて来たら、バス乗らないの？と言われ、地元民じゃないので乗り方分からないと言ったら運転手に聞けば良かったじゃんと言われ、は？タクシー会社がバス乗ればよかったじゃんなんて言っていい言葉なんですか？まして、子供もいたのでベビーカーもなにも手伝いもしない、親切という言葉などない会社。人を乗せるのが仕事ですよね？それに文句言われるってどーゆーことですか？酷すぎます。
I called a taxi, but it didn't come after about 20 minutes, so I'll call you in less than 10 minutes. If you're told, why don't you take the bus? I was told that I should have asked the driver if I didn't know how to ride because I wasn't a local. Is it a good word to say that the taxi company should have taken the bus? Moreover, since I had children, I didn't help with strollers, and there was no word for kindness. Your job is to carry people, right? What do you mean by being complained about it? It's too cruel.

Both the clerk and the driver kindly responded, and it was comfortable because the conversation arrived in a blink of an eye in the car to the destination! ️
