Y	Yuko on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何故にこんなに評価が良いのか分からない。コースを食べたけど満足感がまるでない。変な臭みが鼻を抜ける。コースで美味しかったのはデザートだけでした。同伴者も同じ評価でした。わざわざ遠くから出向いて年に一度の友人とのlunchが残念な結果で終わりました。 I don't know why the evaluation is so good. T	Takeshi Takeyasu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ホテルのメインダイニングと言った感じのレストラン。雰囲気はまあまあ良いのですが、天井が低くて普通の商業ビルのテナントと言った感じです。今回はスペチャーレディナーコースを頂きました。構成は普通。味も普通。素材や調理法は特に感動するようなものはありませんでしたので及第点。 ★を低めにした理由は、食器の質とフロアースタッフのサービスの質によるものです。まずカトラリーですが、コースにあわせて最初から全てがセットされているオーソドックスなタイプですが、これが使い込まれていてくすんでいて残念。食事を食べる前のワクワク感が削がれます。一番嫌だったのは、お皿がざらざらした質感のものを多用していて、食事をしていてどうしても音がたってしまい、とても恥ずかしい。そして一番の減点はフロアースタッフのサービス。最初に飲み物の対応をしてくれた清潔感のある男性は料理の説明も丁寧にしてくれて良かったのですが、若い大柄の黒服の男性と初老の白服の男性は最悪。黒服の若い男性はウロウロと無駄に巡回していて、飲み物を頼んでもぜんぜん持ってこないし、ワインや水がなくなっていても注がない。二人とも料理をサーブしてもろくに料理の説明はしないし、初老の白服に至っては、ちっともワインを注がなかったのに、澱を心配して１、２センチ残しておいたワインを早くボトルを下げたかったらしく、いきなりボトルを逆さまにして最後の一滴まで注ぐ暴挙に。ワインを知らないのか、澱なんて気にしなくてよい安いワインだと言いたいのか、とにかく残念なサービスでした。 A restaurant that feels like the main dining of a hotel.
