R	Ranma Half on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ブランド豚を使ったコース料理をいただく。前菜のスープ、サラダとも見た目・味とも見事。メインの蔵王のジャパンXというブランド豚の料理も見事。薄味だが、そう感じるであろう人のために良い塩も添えてありパーフェクト。但し量的に男性には少ないだろう。最後のデザートのブリュレ、コーヒーとも美味しかった。2700円の価格は安い。但し、一つ大きな注文がある。時間がかかり過ぎること。開店と同時に一番で入店したが、デザートまで1時間40分。他にお客も居たが、正直待ち時間が長過ぎた。また来ます。 ◆再訪◆ 前回のコース料理を、牛ステーキコースに変更。お客は、私達のほかに一組。前回と同じサラダから始まり。。一品一品は、美味しいものの、メインのステーキの量が少なく、女性でも物足りない感じ。今回、デザートまでの時間は1時間20分。ご主人は急いでおられたが、やはりワンマンシェフでは、これ以上の時間短縮は、無理ですね。時間にゆとりのあるご婦人方が楽しくお喋りをしながら、召し上がるお店ですね。結論的には、待ち時間で－1、量で－1とし、前回の★5→★3 に変更しました。但し、お話し好きのご婦人方には★4かな。。 Have a course meal using branded pork.
