ま	まつたか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ランチタイムにお邪魔し、カニとカニ味噌のクリームパスタ、牛舌シチューを妻といただきました。まず、さつまいものスープ、サラダがでて来ます。やさしいお味で食欲をかきたてます。パスタは平たい中細で、しっかりめのアルデンテ。味も食感もすばらしいパスタだと思います。ソースは、カニの身とカニ味噌の旨味と風味がしっかり出ていて、チーズとクリームのコクと相まって濃厚でとてもおいしかったです。濃厚だけど、最後までおいしくいただけました。とてもおいしいパスタです。牛舌シチューは、大きな牛タンと、夏野菜のシチューで濃厚で複雑な大人のお味。牛舌は、分厚くて、フォークで切れるほど柔らかく煮込んでいます。食べると独特の味と風味。これはハマりました。最後にコーヒーもついてきました。店内は清潔で、ウェルカムボードや小物がとてもかわいくて素敵な雰囲気です。とても幸せな気持ちでお昼の時間を過ごせました。 I visited at lunch time and had crab and crab miso cream pasta and beef tongue stew as my wife.
