★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とんでもなく美味しい鴨肉が食べられるお店。お店の雰囲気とか接客とかは肩肘張らない感じで親しみやすく、でもメインの鴨すきはホントとんでもなく美味しい。
クセもなく余分な油もない鴨を鉄板で焼いてもみじおろし入のタレにつけて食べるスタイル。鴨に特有のなんとなくの獣くささというか独特のクセみたいなのが全くなく、鴨の脂もあっさりとしてる。付け合せの焼いたセリもものすごく旨い。

鴨すきが名物料理
普通は鴨のすき焼きって思いますよね。
全然別物。
鉄板の上にラードを溶かして、真鴨を焼いて、その上に野菜を乗っけて、大根おろしで食べる料理。
でも、本当に美味しいです！
ラードで焼いた鴨は全然油こくなく、さっぱりして、いくらでも食べられる。
お店は、友人の友達夫妻と、息子夫妻が切り盛りしてます。
若女将が焼いてくれる鴨は最高！
強いて言えば、東京から約2時間かかるのが問題点かな。
でも、2時間かけても、価値があると思います。

But it is really tasty!
The duck baked in lard is not oil at all, refreshing, you can eat as much as you like.
The shop is cut out by my friend's husband and wife and my son.
The duck that the young lady burns are the best!
Strongly speaking, it would be about 2 hours from Tokyo to be a problem.
But I think that it will be worth it even if it takes two hours.
