★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 住宅型有料老人ホームとしては、かなり規模が大きいです。利用者さんもめちゃ沢山。施設長とお話する機会がございましたが、めちゃ丁寧でハキハキした方でした。その折はありがとうございました。
 As a residential-type pay nursing home, it is quite large. There are so many users. I had the opportunity to talk with the facility manager, but he was a very polite and cheerful person. Thank you for that occasion.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ のんビレッジ生野の3Fに母が入居しています。こちらの3F〜5Fは一般社団法人和生会アトラスナーシングホームが運営されており、1F〜2Fとは全く別の事業所です。アトラスナーシングホームは24時間看護師さんが常駐なので、家族としましてはとても心強いです。介護スタッフもベテランから新人まで、この人手不足の時代なのにたくさんのスタッフがおられ、活気があります。今はコロナのことで面会制限がありますが、母の様子など、いつ問い合わせの連絡をしても相談員の方やサービス責任者さん達が丁寧に対応してくださり、感謝しております。施設長さんが看護師ということもあり、感染対策もかなり厳しくされていると聞いています。施設も新しく、掃除など行き届いている印象です。
My mother is on the 3rd floor of Non Village Ikuno. The 3rd to 5th floors here are operated by the Wasseikai Atlas Nursing Home, which is a separate business establishment from the 1st to 2nd floors. Atlas Nursing Home is staffed 24 hours a day, so it's very encouraging for the family. Even the nursing staff, from veterans to newcomers, have a lot of staff in this era of lack of manpower, and it is lively. Nowadays, I have access restrictions due to corona, but I am grateful that the counselors and service managers have been polite in responding to my inquiries such as my mother's situation any time. I heard that the facility director is a nurse, so infection control is quite strict. The facility is new, and the impression is that the cleaning is well done.
