格闘技経験はあったものの柔術はほぼ初めてで何もわからない状態だったのですが広倉先生の丁寧な指導のお陰で今は柔術が大好きになりました。
これからも頑張ります！おす。
I joined about a year ago.
Although I had experience in martial arts, I was almost new to Jiu-Jitsu and I didn't understand anything, but thanks to Professor Hirokura's careful guidance, I now love Jiu-Jitsu.
I will keep trying my best! Push.

指導も個人のレベルや体力に合わせて丁寧にされ、私のような40代後半の初心者でも無理なく柔術を楽しむことができます。
Martial arts have a scary image, but the atmosphere of the dojo is bright and everyone is kind.
Guidance is also carefully tailored to the individual's level and physical strength, and even beginners in their late 40s like me can enjoy Jiu-Jitsu without difficulty.

スペースが広いので広々とヨガができます！
心地いい風が吹いてくるので、最後のシャバーサナがとても気持ちがいいです。
ストレスなく快適にヨガもできるスペースなのでオススメです。

Because the space is large, you can do yoga extensively!
