N	Nolley s on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 最初割引クーポンで行ったら強硬なセールを受けて会員になり10回分の施術契約をした。その後行くたびに追加を勧められて何度かコースを追加した。しかし私側には手書きの回数券しか渡されず、契約追加の度に狭いカードの中に複数の手書きや修正が重なり真っ黒で読めず、結局何回残っているかも理解できないものになったが高い買い物なので回数を誤魔化されないよう頑張って確認作業をやっていた。お店にパソコンはあるが、契約管理もできておらず契約の時に付けてもらったオマケや施術内容、施術時間も分からないと結局何度か分をウヤムヤにされた。予約して行っても施術者が準備されておらず帰宅となったり、会員は電話からしか予約できないが、電話に出てもらえなかったり仕事の休みが取れる希望の日にちをいくつ言っても取れなかったり…2020年の今どきこんなに契約者管理できないお店はあり得ないと思う。 2年通った末に最後は予定が取れないままお店からの連絡も貰えずそのまま契約期限が過ぎてしまい約5万円分の施術回数分を捨てて終了。最悪。 At first I went with a discount coupon and received a strong sale and became a member and signed a treatment contract for 10 times.
