0	02 Mahina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 奈良市内より１週間程前に転居、転居日程が未定時に奈良市よりワクチン予約番号が届きヤット予約が取れたが…，当初聞いていた住所地外接種が可能との旨が説明不足等で二転三転をし、結果予約が取れた日時をキャンセルせざるおえない状況となった。其の間に生駒市役所の担当者の方が色々と素早い対応をして下さり又住民課の窓口の方の対応も親切丁寧で生駒市民になれる事を嬉しく思えた。 I moved about a week before Nara city, and when the move schedule was undecided, I received a vaccine reservation number from Nara city and made a yat reservation. As a result, I had to cancel the date and time when the reservation was made. In the meantime, the person in charge of Ikoma City Hall responded quickly in various ways, and the person in charge of the Residents' Section was kind and polite, and I was happy to be a citizen of Ikoma.

S	S K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 人で全然対応が違います。今日行った時はとても気持ちの良い対応の方でした。上の子が保育園のとき、保育料滞納の電話がかかり、滞納してません、領収書もありますと伝えたところ、「勘違いじゃないですか」と言われた事があります。それが何回かあり、その後、振り込みの確認があったと謝罪がありましたが、何度も滞納してるとか、勘違いだとか、こちらのせいにされたときはとても不快でした。人事の入れ替りの時期だったもんで、と言われましたが、毎日毎日電話されたときは本当に迷惑でした。 Correspondence is completely different depending on the person. 乾	乾勤 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨日家内と一緒に期日前投票生駒市役所を訪れました。生駒に住み着いて約５０年になりますが市役所なんて訪れる機会は今まで滅多になかった。おそらく今回が二回目ではないかと思う‼️ 市役所、役場と言えば、薄暗い部屋の奥からロイドメガネを掛けてポマードをベットリ塗って、今にもタンスから引っ張り出して来たと思われる紺色の背広からしょうのうの匂いをプンプン???させながら、腕には、黒色の腕抜きをして、マッチ棒を口に加え、しいしい言いながら、メガネの奥から上目遣いに【なんでっか？】等を用件を聞いてもらっている。と言うようなイメージしかなかったのですが、昨日市役所を訪問してビックリ‼️ 建物は綺麗‼️ 清掃も行き届き‼️ 何よりも休みにも関わらず、選管の女子職員さんのキビキビした言動には感動し、今まで描いていた役場の暗いイメージは一瞬にして吹っ飛び我々市民が命や財産を付託出来る。等と安心感を抱いて投票を終え市役所を後にしました‼️ 住んで良かったと思うと共に他府県や他市町村に自慢出来ます❗ 職員の皆さん頑張って下さい‼️ 辻町在住、乾より I visited Ikoma City Hall yesterday with my wife. K	K K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 外部委託されてる方以外、何もしてない感じ。外部委託の方は親切です。 2階の年配の女性はずーっと喋ってるので、気分が悪い。話の内容も聞こえてきた。あんなにたくさんいらっしゃるのはなぜだろう？若手の男性は窓口に置かないでほしい。 It feels like I'm not doing anything except those who are outsourced.
