外面だけ良くていざ内面を見てみると酷すぎる。
利用者第一に考えていると思うが職員同士助け合わないと一日が過ごせない程多忙すぎる。
その結果職員が何かしらの病気にかかっても人がいないので休めない。絶対に休めない
誰か一人が欠けてしまうと仕事にならない人事の人間たちはその現状を知らないし、その点は職員に全て任せてる。

We think that user thinks first, but it is too busy to be able to spend the day unless staff help each other.
As a result, even if the staff suffers from some kind of illness, there is no one to rest. Never rest
Human resources who do not work if one of them lacks do not know the current situation, and leave that to the staff.
