★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パンケーキ屋ではありません。上にある、北萩寮で作っているパンとシフォンケーキ、納豆、煎餅等を売っています。パルや、フェザン、産直にもおろしています。
 It's not a pancake shop. We sell bread, chiffon cake, natto, rice crackers, etc. made at Kitahagi Dormitory above. It is also grated to Pal, Fezan, and direct production.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ パン生地がおいしいし、どれをとってもハズレがないです。おすすめはシフォンケーキと、あんことカスタードクリームといちごジャムの３色パンです。あと食パンは県産小麦を使用してて、フワフワもっちりでとてもおいしいですよ。
The bread dough is delicious and there is no loss in any of them. We recommend chiffon cake, red bean paste, custard cream, and strawberry jam. Also, the bread is made from wheat from the prefecture, and it's fluffy and very delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もっちりみっちりしたパンで美味しかったです。安定した味がしました。ただ、私が行ったタイミングが悪かったのか、3分の1くらいの商品は売り切れてたのが残念でした。
道路からはのぼりが2本見えるだけだったり、出入口がお店っぽくなかったりして、入るのが不安になりますが、ちゃんとしたパン・お菓子屋さんでした。納豆やせんべいもあります。
The bread was chewy and delicious. It tasted stable. However, it was a pity that about one-third of the products were sold out, probably because I went there at the wrong time.
I was worried about entering because I could only see two climbers from the road and the entrance was not like a shop, but it was a decent bread and candy store. There are also natto and rice crackers.
