良い所は仕事関連以外はある程度の融通が聞くのや給料が高いのは良いと思います。
逆にそれ以外は自分にとってはめんどくさいです。
1つ目は新着の求人が来て連絡してきてくれるのは嬉しいのですがそれを断ろうとすると断る理由を聞いて来るのがめんどくさいです。
2つ目は求人の会社に見学に行ってから決めたいのですが見学に行くと「もうこの会社に行くでしょ？」みたいな圧力をかけてきて合わなそうだから断ろうとするとよほどの理由がないと断らせてくれないので安易に見学は行かない方が良いと思います。
3つ目は派遣社員の中で代表役員みたいな人を決めて1年活動したり給料は出ますが年に4回講習会がありこれも毎回は断れないので面倒です。
これは自分が個人的に思った事なので何とも思わない人はいいですが少しでも面倒だなぁと思った人はオススメしないです。

The second is that I would like to decide after going to the recruiting company for a tour, but when I go to the tour, there is no good reason to refuse because it seems that pressure like "You are going to this company already?" I think it is better not to go on a tour easily because it will not let you refuse.
The third is to decide a person like a representative officer among the temporary staff and work for one year or get a salary, but there are four seminars a year and this is also troublesome because I can not refuse each time.
This is something I personally thought about, so it's good for people who don't think about it, but I don't recommend it for people who think it's a little troublesome.
