When I visited recently, it wasn't available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ すごい木造建築です。今は整理されていないが、面白い建物です。金土日月になると、鶴舞駅Cafeが開店されます。鉄道ファンにはいい休憩所になるでしょう。桜と菜の花など、季節の花も楽しめます。
It is an amazing wooden building. It's not organized yet, but it's an interesting building. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday, Tsurumai Station Cafe will open. It will be a good resting place for railway fans. You can also enjoy seasonal flowers such as cherry blossoms and rape blossoms.
