But the staff at Will-Be made the whole process so simple and hassle-free. Watanabe-san, the real estate agent assigned to me, first asked me what my likes and dislikes were along with making sure to ask about all of my other preferences for a new place. From there she sent over a really big list with a bunch of really great places. At first I was hesitant as previously I have been sent a list of possible locations by another real estate company, to only end up finding out that every place didn’t take foreigners. However Watanabe-san made sure to call and check whether or not all the places on the list she produced would accommodate foreign tenants. This was just among the many things that she did for me that made finding a new place such a nice experience. I would definitely recommend anyone to go here.

If you need someone who speaks English. Please find her. I met her through my colleague, she asked my preference and introduced me some properties I might like. Drive me to check them. I wasn’t sure if I like them due to I don’t know the property in Tokyo. Before our 2nd housing tour, she sent me some properties by mail that I might like, totally different attitude from another agent I contacted with, the other agent makes me feel he’s just randomly sent you some houses and not his business. I’m thinking if I had to paid the agent fee, I prefer to pay her due to she makes me feel like finding an apartment is her responsibility. After I found the one I like, she helped me to negotiate with landlord and signed the contract, she even explained the contract and tell me what should I be aware of. Finding an ideal apartment isn’t easy for foreigners but she tried her best to fit my needs. I’ve decided to ask her again for my next apartment after 2-year contract ends. ?5 stars! 如果你不會說日文的話，找Asami Watanabe 就對了（會說英文）。由於我的日語太破，完全無法溝通，經由同事介紹，找到了這家有會說英語的房仲。剛開始，他會先暸解你的需求，然後先推薦你幾個符合你預算和喜歡的房子，接著帶你去看房，如果太遠的會開車接你去。親切的態度和專業的知識讓你對日本的房子有初步的暸解。期間，會時不時發信和我說他找到一些不錯可能我會喜歡的房子讓我知道，並且約定時間帶你一起去看房。找到喜歡的房後，和房東交涉和完成簽約，和你詳細解說合約的內容，我沒想過一個日本人會對外國人這麼友善，因為同時間我有另外找其他房仲，相比之下，他顯得事不關己，隨便找個房子給你，但asami 小姐讓你覺得找到你要的房子是他的責任，相比另個人，我寧願付一個月的房仲給她。也許外國人在日本找房不是那麼容易，但她盡她所能找到你要的。我決定下次找房還是要找她了！不要和我搶～五顆星！！！

It was my second time working with her and I couldn’t ask for a better person to guide me through the process. She also knew a lot about the area I wanted to live in, and recommended lots of places around the area.
