メ	メッチュ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 石焼きビビンバをオーダーしました。石焼きビビンバなのに普通のビビンバかと思うほど常温で全然熱くありませんでした。あれ？と思って石鍋を触ったらまぁまぁ熱かったですが中身はオコゲどころかベチャベチャした混ぜ物って感じで(リゾットみたいでした)湯気も立ってないしフーフーしなくても普通に食べる常温のビビンバでした。石鍋の温め方が足りなかったのか中身が冷たかったのか分かりませんが、どうやったらあんなに熱くないビビンバになるのか不思議。 I ordered stone-grilled bibimbap. Although it was a stone-grilled bibimbap, it wasn't hot at room temperature as if it were a normal bibimbap. that? When I touched the stone pot, it was so hot, but the contents were not only scorched rice but also a sticky mixture (like risotto), and it was a normal temperature bibimbap that I could eat normally without steaming. I don't know if the stone pot wasn't warmed enough or the contents were cold, but I wonder how to make the bibimbap not so hot.
