文具は専門店だけあり、一通り揃っているようです。店員さんも詳しくて親切に教えて頂けます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 確かに宇都宮で1番、文具が揃っているのは確認しました。しかし、定価販売が基本であり、そう考えると普通レベルです。
付近は学習塾が多く、商売がなりたっている立地であることも確認しました。
