建物は少し古めですが、布団やシーツも大変清潔さが感じられ、値段も安く、何より管理人のおじいさんの親切さが大変心に残った民宿でした。広島に来た時にはまた利用したいと思いました。
We stayed for the first time with four families.
The building is a little old, but the futons and sheets are also very clean, the price is low, and above all, the kindness of the caretaker's grandfather was a very memorable guest house. When I came to Hiroshima I wanted to use it again.

トイレ風呂は共用ですが、
公園からも近く駐車場も無料で寝るだけなら良いと思います。
他に誰も泊まってないのか？とても静かでした。

トイレも綺麗で風呂（1F鍵付き）も二人まで入れます。
でも、WIFIが弱いのが残念。
The room is clean and has no smell ❗️
The toilet is clean and the bath (with key on the 1st floor) can accommodate up to 2 people.
But it's a pity that WIFI is weak.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner is very friendly and knows enough English to communicate easily.
The room was Japanese style with tatami and futon. I was lucky to stay in a room towards the peace memorial park, which is right around the corner.
Free green tea is available on floor 5, also washing machine and microwave oven on the floors below in front of the elevator.
A hot tub is also available on the first floor.
The inside of the building looks somewhat unconventional, may need some getting used to for foreigners.
