★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ禍で日中はラーメンを提供されています。豚骨ラーメン750円と唐揚げ・ライスセット200円にしました。スープは豚骨ダシをパイタンで仕上げて、麺はゆるく縮れた極細丸麺、具は厚切りトロバラチャーシュー・きくらげ・きざみ青ネギで、博多豚骨に近い構成です。麺ともよく絡んで、旨味と深い香りにコク・適度の塩みと上品で控えめな甘みもあり、濃厚なのに最後までくどくなく、獣脂臭さは皆無で、隙のない美味しさです！具の味付けもよく、本職が居酒屋だけに唐揚げもいいですね。個人的には、箸立てが茶器で適量の割り箸を挿してあるのが好印象です。ギチギチに詰め込まれた箸立ては不衛生で不便なので。値段はお得感があり、店内はキレイで接遇も愛想があって◎です。ただ一つ、店内で蚊取り線香を焚いていて、それもただの蚊取り線香ではなく森林香のようなキツい臭いで、料理の味わいにかなりマイナスでした。コロナのせいで開放換気をすると、虫対策も必要になるのはわかるのですが…。トータルで星4つにしますが、味は全く文句なし！です。

The chopstick stand packed tightly is unsanitary and inconvenient. The price is reasonable, the inside of the store is beautiful, and the hospitality is friendly. The only thing I had was burning mosquito coils in the store, which had a strong smell like forest incense, not just mosquito coils, and it was quite negative for the taste of the food. I understand that if you use open ventilation because of the corona, you will also need to take measures against insects. I will give it 4 stars in total, but the taste is perfect! is.

初チャレンジのお店で、コロナ禍で居酒屋経営から、昼間のラーメンにシフトしてるようです。
居酒屋なのに、ラーメンておいしいの？と、半信半疑ｗ
行く前からブーブー言うてはりましたｗ
ハマグリ醤油ラーメン880円をオーダー。
追加で200円でチャーハンや唐揚げなど選べるみたいです。
はまぐり醤油ラーメンですが、しっかりハマグリの味がして、かつくどくなくてちょうどよくて美味しいーっ。
貝の出汁がよく出ていて美味しかったです。
居酒屋だからなぁ…
と、舐めていました(笑)

次はあさり塩ラーメン食べてみよっと。
