When the car is stopped, you can hardly hear the noise outside, and it feels like you are in a quiet park. When driving, road noise and wind noise are greatly reduced, making it easier to hear engine sounds that you did not notice before. When driving at high speed, when the C-HR exceeds 90km / h, it becomes noisy and it becomes difficult to talk, so I had to raise the volume of the music by several steps, but after full deadening, even if I run 120km / h, before deadning It has the same level of noise as 70km / h. I think it is effective at about -50km / h. It's the same feeling when driving in a tunnel. I'm looking forward to driving at high speeds, which is unpleasant due to noise. What is a little worrisome is that after deadening, you can still hear the siren sound and railroad crossing warning sound of emergency vehicles, but it is hard to hear. Once you get used to it, there is no problem. When you close the door, the sound becomes heavy like a luxury car, and you can't hear the sound outside in an instant, and it becomes very quiet. Once you get used to this environment, you won't be able to go back to your old car. * Three months before deadening, the tires were changed from genuine Putenza to Regno GRX-II. After the work was completed in mid-July this year, the change in room temperature became smaller and the output of the air conditioner was lower than before. In the summer before work, sometimes the air conditioner is fully operational, and I don't really reproduce what was so noisy. Naturally, fuel economy should also be improved. (Although not measured exactly, the feeling is reduced by about 40% of the output of the air conditioner.) My wife, who always sits in the back seat with her child, no longer complains about the heat inside the car. (There is no air conditioner outlet in the back seat of C-HR). The quietness of the car is very satisfying for the family. Since March 2020, due to the influence of Corona, I have been commuting by car and I use it every day. My personal idea is to spend money on what I use every day. The average monthly usage is 2200km and more than 100 hours, so when I'm in the car, I feel the deadening and car audio effects, so I think it's very valuable.
