2時間まで無料。出る時は機械に数字を入力する。
自転車は必ず、右側から入って左側（池袋駅側）から退出するきまり。
I used it from around 8am on Saturday morning. Only about 3 cars were parked.
It was full at around 11:30 when I returned.
Free for up to 2 hours. When you leave, enter the numbers in the machine.
Bicycles always enter from the right side and exit from the left side (Ikebukuro station side).

There is no roof, but it is relatively vacant because it is a little-known spot near the station.

Prices are different on the 2nd floor outdoors and in the basement. It's safe, it doesn't get wet in the rain, it's underground if the bike doesn't get damaged, but the cospa is good outdoors.
