塩で頂くと甘みも感じらまれす。自家製のお味噌でしょうか？独得なかをり、山椒の様なかをりがするお味噌汁は、口の中をさっぱりさせてくれる仕掛けとなっています。提供するのに時間がかかる事を大変気にされていて、貼り紙や、お茶出しの時にも何度か理りをされますが、丁寧な仕事がなされていると思うと、楽しみでもあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ まず、お茶が美味しい。ちゃんと美味しいお茶を出す店はだいたい美味しい料理を出す。昼御膳としてヒレ、えび、コロッケの三種盛合わせを注文。衣が軽く、油も良いのか、胃にもたれる感がない。三種どれも美味しい。コロッケはあえてタレなどつけずに食べると素材のおいしさがわかる。キャベツの切り方も好み。みそ汁は赤だし。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 特上ロース2420円、肉厚のロースの脂が甘くて旨い。特別に飼育された、豚であるとの事。久しぶり、岩塩の方がソースより合う、豚肉に会いました。おそらく、二度揚げ。油は、サラダ油と胡麻油のミックスだと思います。首都圏内なら、間違いなく行列の出来る店です。
この店のマイナスは、照明が暗い事だけでしょうか。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日のランチでお伺いさせて頂きました。蓮華寺池から近いです！店内はテーブル席とお座敷がありお子様連れも安心です(^^)ご飯おかわり自由でこれまた安心♡特別企画のレディースセットを頂きました。揚げ物はサクサク軽くてお肉は柔らかくエビは身がしっかりしていて手作りのコロッケが優しい味わいで美味しかったです♡新雪のようにふんわり刻まれたキャベツがすごく印象にのこりました♡セットのデザートのアイスも手作りと聞き驚きました！すごく美味しかったです♡何度も何度もありがとうと言って下さり接客も気持ちが良かったです！また来ます(^^♪
