★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ゴマだれの清水屋さんで、美味しいうどんをいただきました。GWのせいか、渋滞が激しかったです。
宮内庁御用達だそうで、10組待ちでした。
名前書いて、水沢寺にお参りしたら、ちょうど良いじかんでした。
 We had delicious udon at Shimizu shop of sesame sauce. It was heavy traffic, probably because of the GW.
It seems that it is the Miyauchi government purveyor, and it was waiting for 10 sets.
When I wrote my name and went to Suizawaji, it was just good time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大澤屋さんで楓セットを食べました。ツルッツルのうどんに天婦羅が２個付いていて めっちゃ美味しかったです
I ate a maple set at Osawaya. The smooth udon noodles had 2 tempuras and it was really delicious.

うどんはもちろんのこと、まいたけの天ぷらが最高に美味しかったです。
It was crowded, but the building was magnificent and there were many seats, so I could eat without lining up.
Not to mention udon, Maitake tempura was the best.

少し坂の上にある、水沢観音はまたいい雰囲気✨

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 紅葉がきれいな時期になった伊香保温泉に多くの人で賑わってました。どちらのお店も行列でした。
初めてなら、清水屋か田丸屋がいいのではないかと思います。ほか、ラジオなどで有名な大澤屋、谷屋、丹次亭もおすすめです。手打ちの山源は他のお店に比べて盛りが多くお得感あるものの、食感は好みが分かれるところ。
元々は小麦栽培が盛んだったこともあり、群馬は、蕎麦よりうどん文化ですが、ほとんどのお店は外国産小麦使用は残念です。
その中で三升屋さんは国産小麦使用とのこと。
汁はごまと一般的な醤油ベースのめんつゆ、店舗により異なります。ほか共通しているのは舞茸の天ぷら。さくっさくでおすすめです。一部バター炒めで提供されてるところもあり。
Ikaho Onsen was crowded with many people when the autumn leaves were beautiful. Both shops were in line.
If this is your first time, I think Shimizuya or Tamaruya is a good choice. We also recommend Osawaya, Taniya, and Tanjitei, which are famous for their radio. Compared to other restaurants, the handmade Yamagen has a lot of servings and is a good deal, but the texture is different.
Originally, wheat cultivation was popular, and Gunma has a more udon culture than soba, but it is a pity that most shops use foreign wheat.
Among them, Sanmakuya uses domestic wheat.
The soup depends on the sesame seeds, the general soy sauce-based mentsuyu, and the store. Another thing they have in common is the Maitake mushroom tempura. It's quick and recommended. Some are served with stir-fried butter.

埼玉寄りの方で一度食べたことがある群馬のうどんでしたが，水沢は有名と聞いたのが最近。伊香保に行くと行ったら仲間が色々教えてくれ出ましたー。
こちらの投稿で、最初はここが良いとか色々拝見しておきました。田丸屋さんに行きました。まあまあ費用はかかりますが美味しかったです^ ^
バスは伊香保か渋川から限られてる本数なのでよく調べていくといいかもです。車だと楽ですが、急勾配とかありますね。冬はスタッドレスが必要。

The number of buses is limited from Ikaho or Shibukawa, so you may want to check it carefully. It's easy with a car, but there are steep slopes. You need studless tires in winter.
