★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肩凝りが酷いので枕を購入しようと訪れました。店員さんは知識もありとても丁寧な接客でした。
ただ枕を選ぶ時に寝かせていただいたベッドがとても良く枕の良さが分からなくなり結局購入するには至りませんでした。
枕テストをする際に寝かせていただくベッドについては自宅と同じような普通のマットレスのほうが直接枕の良さが分かると思います。
そのあたりを改善していただけると★５つですね。
My shoulders are so stiff that I came to buy a pillow. The clerk was knowledgeable and very polite.
However, the bed I laid down when choosing a pillow was so good that I couldn't understand the goodness of the pillow and couldn't buy it after all.
As for the bed to be laid down when doing the pillow test, I think that you can directly understand the goodness of the pillow with a normal mattress similar to your home.
If you can improve that area, it would be 5 ★.
