★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 焼枯から続く尾根筋と、豪士から続く尾根の最低鞍部です。なぜかここだけ広く刈り払われた広場になっていて、昼寝をしたら気持ちよさそうな場所です。ここから豪士山まではもみじが多く、秋には見事な紅葉のトンネルになります。ここから信濃沢方面に下山するルートがあるので、駒ケ岳－豪士山－中ノ沢峠の周回コースのエスケープルートとして覚えておくと良いでしょう。ただ、沢筋に下りるコースは踏み跡が不明瞭な事もあるので、道迷いに注意が必要です。また、天候の急変による豪雨が発生した場合は、沢筋は避けたほうがよいでしょう。
