そして、妻とふたりで沖に浮かぶ三生島に向け、大声を出して詩吟の練習を行った。
沖の島に届くぐらいの声量出す様に腹筋に力を入れる事を心掛けております。時々訪れて楽しんでおります。
I visited a puppet shrine in Kusho and I spent a moment looking at the scenery.
Then, with his wife and two members, he made a loud voice and practiced psalm toward Mikujima floating in the sea.
We are trying to put pressure on the abdominal muscles so as to reach the island of Oki. I visit from time to time and enjoy it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 益田市民なのに、人形岩、初めて見ました。屏風岩もかっこよかったです。細い道で、運転はハラハラ。ウォーキングとか、いいかもです。
I saw Ningyoiwa for the first time even though I was a citizen of Masuda. The rocks were also cool. Driving is a mess on a narrow road. Walking may be good.
