やはり和食って美味しいんだな〜と感じることができます。

村上牛のランチを食べたことがありますが
とても美味しかったです。他のメニューも絶対美味しいだろうとおもいます。

電話でメニューを予約するシステムで自分はハラコ丼のセット、妻と義母は鮭の会席ランチをオーダーしてあったので席に着くと数分で次々と小鉢に盛られた鮭料理と詳しい説明がありました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お友達の古希のお祝いの会で行かせていただきました。江戸時代から続く歴史のある料亭にふさわしい一人一人違う彫物がある７０年前の年代物のお膳、地元を代表するお酒、〆張鶴の大吟醸の乾杯酒から始まり、オーナー自らよそっていただいた鯛雑炊、照明を消した中での焼芋プリンまで大変楽しく料亭の味、サービスを堪能できました。
なかなか行けるお店ではありませんが、もし機会が有れば是非とももう一度行きたいお店です。ありがとうございました。

後日、精算に行ったら玄関先ではなく、わざわざ事務所に通されて。
帰り際、鮭の酒浸しのお土産をいただきました。
丁寧な対応と老舗料亭ならでは。
ごちそうさまでした。
3今回は3,000円の折りを6個と5,000円のオードブルをお願いしました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 古町芸妓さんの踊りとトークを楽しむ会に参加しました。村上市を村上茶を盛り上げる会のイベントだったようです。能登新さんに行くのも、芸妓さんの踊りを見るのも初めてだったので参加して良かったです。
お料理も美味しかったです。
