デイの日なのに予定の時間を30分過ぎても迎えに来ない。
電話をかけてどうなってうぃるのか尋ねたら、
今から運転手に連絡を取ってお伺いさせます・・・というスンバラシイ対応！あきれてものも言えません。
私も送迎の仕事をしたことがありますが、雨だからって30分も遅れることはありません。遅れてもせいぜい5分ぐらいです。
そう言えば、契約に来た相談員がモヒカン刈りでピアスをしたヤンキーみたいな奴でした。
最初から気に入らなかったけど、やっぱりダメダメなデイサービスセンターでした。
早めにダメさがわかってよかった。
もっといいデイサービスセンターを探します。
追記 昼過ぎにセンターからお詫びの電話があり、お迎えはスッポかしたそうです。
お詫びに明日の金曜日はいかがでしょうか？という話でしたが、丁重にお断りし、今後も利用しない旨を伝えました。まず対応がノロすぎる。
