玄関開けてビックリでした。
半年経った今ですが
当初、話し合いに応じてもらえなかったのですが、現在平和的解決に向けて話し合いしてます。

火災保険の解約手続きしました。（無駄な期間契約してました）
保険に関して気付かない自分も悪いのですが、教えてもくれない業者も失礼です。
客の事は考えていない様に感じます。
