S	SEIKO on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の人のコメントにもありましたが、全く同じく工事中トラブルだらけでした。担当者が他のお客様とはなしている電話も聞こえてきましたが、工期遅れによるクレーム電話をよく受けていました。担当者の遅刻も多く、メモを取らないから忘れまくりだし、嘘ばかりで必要書類は一か月遅れる、サンプルも来週には…と言いながらいつまでもこない。工事ミスや工事忘れによる工事やり直し、さらには工事やり直しにも関わらず部品が足らなかったからもう一度…等で工期は想定の倍以上、一部はやり直しを諦めました。そのほかにもあり得ない事ばかりで、マンションの管理会社、近所からもクレームがありました。幸いなのは仕上がりはよく職人さんはいい方ばかりでしたが。担当者次第なのでしょうが、あまりにもひどく仕事と呼べるものではありませんでした。同じショールームで楽しそうに打ち合わせしているご家族が羨ましかったです。普段はコメントなどは絶対にしないのですが、あまりにもひどかったので。いい担当者に当たればいいんでしょうね。 As mentioned in other people's comments, it was just as full of trouble during construction. Due to construction mistakes and forgetting to construct, the construction was redone, and even though the construction was redone, there were not enough parts, so the construction period was more than double the expected period, and some of them gave up. Other than that, there were complaints from the condominium management company and the neighborhood as well. Fortunately, the finish was good and all the craftsmen were good. It depends on the person in charge, but it wasn't too bad a job. I was jealous of the family having a fun meeting in the same showroom. I don't usually comment, but it was so terrible. I wish I could be a good person in charge.
