一ヶ月たちましたが、ほとんど白くなりませんでした。
再診の際、歯がどれだけ白くなったのかの説明をあまりしてくれず、お願いすると、比較の紙を見せてくれました。
数字としては何も変わっていませんでした。
さらに一ヶ月様子を見て欲しいとのことでした。
一ヶ月もかかり、特に白くならないのであれば、オフィスホワイトニングをすればよかったと思いました。
合計でで二ヶ月程度かかるという説明も前もってしてもらえると嬉しかったです。
また、担当の上司の方にも高圧的に説明され、残念でした。

歯が痛くて伺ったら高圧的な態度で説明(説教)され、
①「痛い歯を抜いて捨てる」か
②「痛くない下の歯を削って噛み合わせを調整する」か
選択させられました。
痛い歯には詰め物があり虫歯ではないかと言ったのですが噛み合わせの問題で痛いとの一点張り。
海外に行く予定があったので早く治療をしたかったので②を選択しました。
ずっと痛かったので帰国後に別の歯医者に見てもらったところ詰め物の中が虫歯になっているとのことで、
即治療してもらいましたが、最終的に神経をとることになったうえに②の治療で関係ない歯を削られました。
こんなことしておいて都合の悪いコメントは削除ですか？
この対応がこの歯科医院の体質であり全てを表しています。

I was treated immediately, but in the end I was nervous and the unrelated tooth was scraped by the treatment of ②.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院内は清潔感があり、説明もしっかりして頂きました。矯正はお金も時間もかかることなので安心して治療に入れました。テキパキ処置もしてくださるのでそこも良かった点です。
矯正を終え、噛み合わせも良くなり今まで食べるのが大変だったものもストレスなく食べれるようになり嬉しいです！

余計にお金はかかってしまいましたが、今ではとても綺麗になり、とても満足しています。
一生に一度の矯正治療を後悔したくない方にはおすすめです。

歯並びがすごく悪くて、他の歯科でマウスピース矯正は出来ないと言われたのですが、こちらでは時間はかかるけどできますとのことでこちらで矯正をお願いしました。
もともとの歯並びが悪かったので、治療にあわせて何度かインビザラインも作り直してもらいました。
時間はかかりましたが仕上がりは大満足です。噛み合わせも毎回しっかり確認していただいてました。
後戻りしないように、リテーナーもしっかり使用していきます！

仕事の関係で予約を変更したら来院した際に長々と高圧的に「予約を伸ばすと予定が狂う。そんな甘い考えならやめたほうがいい。」と言われました。この時はすでに100万近くの代金が支払い済みでした。
その他にも痛みがあると伝えると鼻で笑われたり、施術は全く声掛けがなく、器具持ったんだから口開けるのわかるでしょスタンスです。
悪評の口コミが消されているとも気づかず、カウンセリングの時にも見極められなかった私が悪いですが、院長の他人を見下している感じがとてもストレスです。
悪評もただのクレーマーだと馬鹿にしないで、患者にお金をもらっていることを理解したほうがいいと思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 半年ほどかけてマウスピースによる矯正治療を行いました。院内は綺麗で、先生やスタッフの対応も丁寧だと思います。院長が淡々とされているので評価が分かれるのも理解できますが、個人的には対話もできて信頼できる方という印象です。治療の過程で、特に混雑しているときには説明不足も多少感じましたが、こちらの質問には適切に回答いただき、最終的な治療結果にも満足しています。引き続き、歯のクリーニング等で伺う予定です。
