また、先生が他の生徒と話しており私のところに授業しに来たのは何と授業始まってから15分後
(このトラブルは全て違う先生です)
このことを塾長に伝えると毎回謝り、気づからなかった私の責任と言いながら毎回きづきません。
新人育成はどうなっているのでしょうか？
塾長に模試の結果渡されるのですが模試から約3ヶ月経っても結果は返されませんでした。
ですが、悪い先生だけではなく良い先生もいます。
一切おすすめできません。
Classes are abandoned, or classes are finished about 10 minutes before and returned early (every time as a teacher)
Also, the teacher was talking to other students and came to class at me 15 minutes after the class started.
(This trouble is all different teacher)
Every time I tell the head of the school about this, I apologize and say that it is my responsibility that I did not notice, but I do not notice it every time.
How is the training of newcomers?
The result of the mock exam was given to the head of the school, but the result was not returned even about 3 months after the mock exam.
However, there are good teachers as well as bad teachers.
I can't recommend it at all.
