カウンセリングだけして担当者は一切来ない(その割に技術料金は近くの美容院より高い)
技術が低い(本人も認めている)
満足しないと他店の利用を強く勧められる。(次からは別の美容院を利用します)

You can usually wait for 2 to 30 minutes. (There are no words of apology such as making you wait)
Only counseling and no person in charge comes (for that reason, the technical fee is higher than the nearby hair dressing shop)
Low skill (approved by the person)
If you are not satisfied, you are strongly advised to use another store. (I will use another hair dressing shop from now on)

理不尽なクレームに対しての毅然とした対応ならわかるけど、お客さんも事実や正直な感想を書いているだけなのにあれはいかがなものでしょう。。。
店長さんの人間性が見えた気がしました。
