前々から気になってたけど、何故か理由は分からないがなかなか入りにくかった。
が、牛骨髄をオーブンで焼いて食べるだけのシンプルな料理があると知り、近所の精肉店巡りをしていたらココにて入手できた。
1kg〜で1kg250円、格安である……骨だしそんなものらしい。美味だった（写真参照）

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もつ鍋用のモツが最高に美味しいのに安いです。いつも買うのは安い肉ばかりですが、どれも美味しいです。たまにキャンペーン？で豚レバーをサービスしてくれますが、それがまた美味しいです。豚バラ肉など、好きな厚みにカットしてもらえるのも便利です。
外の自販機にもある焼肉のタレとステーキソースも美味しいので是非買ってみてください。

京急井土ヶ谷駅(普通・エアポート急行停車駅)より10分弱、横浜市営地下鉄蒔田駅からも歩けます。
今日初めて、お散歩がてらにGoogleMAPを見がら家から歩いて行ってみたのですが、フレッシュな国産牛豚ホルモン、焼肉用のお肉などたくさんの種類があり、値段も思っていたよりずっと安くて、かつ女性の店員さんもとても親切でした。サービスで豚レバーをいただきました。(これは明日レバニラ作ろうと思ってます)
牛小腸とミックスを買い、キャベツとごぼう、ニラでもつ鍋にしましたが、お肉の美味しさに家族みんなで感動。ぷるっぷるの脂なのにしつこくなく、回し者じゃありませんが本当にお肉が噛めば噛むほどに旨味があり、まったく臭みもなくおいしかったです。
確実に再訪ありです！

I bought a beef small intestine and a mix, and made a pot with cabbage, burdock, and leek, but the whole family was impressed by the deliciousness of the meat. Although it is a plump fat, it is not persistent and it is not a turner, but the more the meat is chewed, the more delicious it is, and it was delicious without any odor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なかなか美味しいミノを売っている所が少なくてこちらにたどり着きました。美味しいですよ！合わせて買った豚タンシタもこれまた美味。タンシタは食べやすく切っていただきました。とっても丁寧です！これは他のお肉もきっと美味いことでしょう。これまでコチラの存在を知らなかったのが不覚です。
ちなみにお店の前には2台ほど駐車スペースがあります。
