★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 障がいを持った人たちにとって、その方達それぞれの生涯を生き抜くための「お仕事」を得ることは、人によってはなかなか難しい部分があると思います。
そんな中、このワークセンターは国の制度的支援も活用しながら、障がい当事者の方がお給料をもらいながら仕事を行う形で、利用者としての立場ながら「就職」を果たした人たちが集まります。
もとより洗心会のみなさんは、社会福祉法人として地域の福祉向上を目指して、様々な事業を展開していますが、このワークセンター事業（就労継続支援事業Ａ型）は決して楽なものではなく、法人内の他の事業との相互連携や相乗効果を期待しつつも、まず一筋縄では行きませんし、事業赤字をもたらしてしまう要素にもあふれています。
そんな中でも、より良い運営、より良い就労を目指して事業運営、施設運営をなさっている皆さんにエールを送りたいと★４つです。
 For people with disabilities, it may be difficult for some people to get the “work” to survive their lives.
Meanwhile, this work center gathers people who have achieved employment while standing as users, while the disabled people work while receiving salary while utilizing the institutional support of the country. .
As a social welfare corporation, the Senshinkai are developing various businesses with the aim of improving the local welfare, but this work center business (working continuation support business type A) is not an easy one. While expecting mutual cooperation and synergies with other businesses in the company, it is not straightforward, and there are also many factors that bring about business deficits.
Even so, we want to send ale to everyone who is doing business and facility management with the aim of better management and better work.
